We offer virtual assistance all around the world. Most of what your Sidekick does is remote: scheduling, travel planning and visas, follow-ups, bookings, business admin, gifts, inbox, license renewals, etc. That works the same whether you’re in Joburg, Dubai, Hamburg, London or New York.

We also have Sidekicks on the ground in Cape Town, Joburg, Durban and Gqeberha, with more cities coming. Just let us know if you'd like an assistant to handle in-person errands too: event hosting, collections, taking your car for its service, taking your dog to the vet.

Simply via WhatsApp. You can send messages to your Sidekick on WhatsApp to delegate tasks, ask questions, or request assistance.

Your Sidekick will also send a weekly status report on WhatsApp that specifies tasks completed during the week, what's in progress, and what's coming up.

Your Sidekick keeps track of all tasks on Notion's task tracking tool. You can engage on Notion too if you'd like to, but it's not necessary.

Your Sidekick will be able to adapt to your own task management tool if you'd prefer.

Most importantly, our Sidekicks are trained to be helpful, solve problems and get things done. These skills apply to a wide range of tasks.

To ensure we are up-to-date and well-versed in specific areas such as banking, gifting, and more, we undergo consistent workshops and training.

We meet weekly and have a group chat to solve problems. This ongoing learning process allows us to provide you with the most helpful assistance when you need it.

If you're not entirely happy with the work your Sidekick has done, send a message to your Customer Success Manager.

The following options will be considered:

1. Pair you with a new Sidekick who may be a better fit for your specific needs and preferences.
2. Additional training & monitoring will be provided by the Customer Success Manager to the Sidekick, to ensure their performance aligns with your expectations.
3. You can cancel any time with 20 business days' notice.
